What We Do
At A1 urgent machine repairs we fix industrial machines, troubleshooting to find and assess what has caused your machine to fail then do what is necessary to get it up and running for productive service.
Most machines can be serviced on site, with the help of my on site service vehicle which will also allow me to take machines back to my machine shop if need be.
Every so often I encounter a machine that no longer has any new parts available, fortunately i am able to make new copies of the old parts in my machine shop. And usually of better material due to our modern times.
Regular service program is a very smart way at keeping your machines in tip top working order, once a month checks can prevent a small problem from turning into a major break down.
Electrical works to machines is another service that I can offer, whether there needs to be an upgrade or modification to your machine we can help. We can work on single and three phase powered equipment.
Electric motor refurbishments from rewire to fitting new bearings is another service I offer.
